-MATCH: TNA X Division title – Brian Kendrick vs. Austin Aries (c)
-Nice looking crowd gives the event a legit feel.
-Aries wins with the brainbuster. Solid, fast opener and crowd was really into it. Good start for the PPV. I didn’t realize Kendrick worked barefoot.
-”Mark the Bagger” sign. Stern fans will get it.
-Karen will ref the knockouts match. Tells Traci not to come to the ring unless she is in jeopardy. Karen is great. Like to see her and Vicki have a bitch-off.
-MATCH: Full Metal Mayhem (whatever that is…) – Jerry Lynn vs. Rob Van Dam.
-Big E-C-Dub chant, as was expected.
-The sunset flip powerbomb spot onto the ladder outside was ridiculous.
-Van Dam wins with the Van-Terminator. A bit of a cluster at times but they made up for it with some crazy spots. Has Lynn ever gone over RVD?
-You can really tell the difference between real crowd noise on live TV and the canned crowd sounds they use on Impact.
-MATCH: Samoa Joe vs. Crimson vs. Matt Morgan.
-I don’t care about this match or this pointless feud poor Joe has been relegated too.
-Crimson wins a bland match with a spear. Blah.
-MATCH: Falls Count Anywhere – Bully Ray vs. Mr. Anderson.
-Bully’s music sounds a little like Sabu’s.
-I hate when they use street signs.
-Anderson wins with a mic check through a table on the floor. These guys work well together. Similar match to Lynn and RVD with the plunder, but entertaining.
-The Jackson James reveal was lame.
-MATCH: TNA Knockouts Title – Velvet Sky vs. Madison Rayne vs. Mickie James vs. Winter (c)
-This brought the whole show to a screeching fucking halt. Velvet Sky wins but it was awful.
-MATCH: I Quit Match – Christopher Daniels vs. AJ Styles.
-Crowds not really into it.
-Styles goes after Daniels with a screwdriver that he was attacked with earlier and Daniels quits. I don’t like the finish but work in the last few minutes leading up to it was solid.
-On his way up the ramp, Daniels attacks AJ and hits Angels Wings. Looks like we’ll see another PPV match, hopefully with a better gimmick.
-I love when Al Snow, Simon Diamond and D-Lo Brown come out. Such an odd combination. D-Lo got a chant. The Jarrett/Hardy saga continues with a pull-apart.
-MATCH: Hulk Hogan vs. Sting.
-Hogan brings out Flair and this match just got…. Older.
-Fans love Hogan who is the heel….
-Hogan and Flair double team and Sting bumps well for them.
-Hogan bumps!!!!
-Hogan taps to the Scorpion Deathlock but I think we
Are far from done here. Out come Immortal and beat down Sting.
-Bischoffs kid stops his dad from using a chair on Sting so he hits his son with it…. Sting begs Hulk for help, crowd goes nuts here comes the turn. Sting and Hogan clean house and lay out Bischoff. Crowd eats it up with a spoon even though it makes no sense at all. It’s WrestleMania X8 all over again. Whole thing was shit but the crowd loved it.
MATCH: TNA World Title – Robert Roode vs. Kurt Angle (c)
-Angle gets spiked on his head on a German from the top. Yikes.
-Crowds pretty quiet for this as well. May be a little spent after Sting and Hogan.
-How they could not put Roode over after the classic baby push that he got boggles my mind. I was a little sour on the match because I already knew the finish but it was a good outing for both guys. If the Internet scuttlebutt is true (and quite frankly, who knows) and Hogan had them change the finish that day, it really shows what bad shape TNA is in when months of planning and work and vingettes like the ones Roode did in Ontario can be kaiboshed at the last minute. Makes it look like a Mickey Mouse operation.
So the world is abuzz after ESPN’s feature on Scott Hall on their E:60 docu-series.

-MATCH: Christian vs. Sheamus.
-MATCH: Pac vs. Kevin Steen.
-Dave Prazak, Kevin Kelly and Jim Cornette welcome us and Corny informs us this is the biggest crowd in ROH history.
