Before last spring, I had never really been on a kick-ass vacation.  The closest was when my parents took me to Montana when I was in Junior High.  But last year after Chantal and I got Married we went on a great Honymoon to Vegas and California and stuff like that… But this year we have kicked it up a notch and are taking the kids (the 2 oldest) on the vacation of a lifetime.  We are under 60 days to go, Here we go….

Stop #1 – Calgary

The only reason we are going to Calgary is to drop off Owen at my parents.  I just put it in here because Calgary fucking rules and you know it.

Stop #2 -  Las Vegas Nevada

We will be staying for 2 nights in fabulous Las Vegas Nevada at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino:

And while we are in Vegas we will do something I have wanted to do for years.  Take in a performace by the Blue Man Group.

Stop #3 – San Diego California

And while we are in San Diego we will stay for 3 nights at the Bahia Resort….

And while in San Diego we will spend a day at Lego Land (which looks pretty sweet…)

We did some research and the kids will love it and it looks really very cool.  Also, one of the nights we are in San Diego (I am giddy as fuck about this…) We will take in The San Diego Padres and the Houston Astros and Petco Park.

And that completes San Diego.

Stop #4 – Los Angeles California

We are going to LA for 2 days at Universal Studios, and word is they are opening a new 4D King Kong attraction…

I hope Backdraft is open, but even if it isnt, Universal is epic.  And what makes it even better is we are staying at the Univeral Hilton…

Stop #5 – Anaheim California

What else could we be doing in Anaheim but fucking Disneyland!

And while Disneyland is awesome enough, we will be staying right at the park at the Disneyland Hotel.

But oh no! Disneyland wont be the only thing we see in Anaheim, We will also take in the Angels vs. The Texas Rangers at Angel Stadium.

Stop #6 – Seattle Washington

On the way home we will stop in Seattle and stay at the Silver Cloud Hotel…

Why you ask… Because it is right next to….

Safeco Field, where we will watch the Mariners take on the piece of shit New York Yankees…..

After that, its just the journey back home… Epic.
