Jeff Hardy Arrested On Drug Charges

Jeff Hardy was arrested today after police found pills and steroids inside his house. The Moore County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant for his house in Cameron, North Carolina today and found 262 Vicodin pills, 180 Soma pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, and a residual amount of powder cocaine. The estimated street value of these drugs is $2,500.

Hardy was arrested on charges of “trafficking in controlled prescription pills” and possession of anabolic steroids. He is now facing felony charges of trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matt Hardy posted his $125,000 bail.

UPDATE: Jeff Hardy just posted the following updates on his Twitter page.

“The media is the media, I wish they would at least report the story correctly & accurately. I will make a statement later.”

“For the record, Matt didn’t bail me out, loan me money, or is his name on anything.. He’s just learning about today’s situation.”

The media is going by the press release that the Moore County Sheriff’s Department issued about the incident. As for reports that Matt Hardy bailed him out, again, the Moore County Sheriff’s Department stated that Jeff’s “brother” bailed him out.

impact-NO!! DON WEEEEEEST!!!

-Taz and Tenay could be good.

-British Invasion and Beer Money was a fun brawl.

-Angelina and Madison was a waste.

-The MCMG infomercial was awesome.

-Joe and Homicide was decent. I expected more though, just like at the ppv.

-Knockouts tag team titles? I predict fail.

-The Knockouts was brutality at its most brutal (copyright Larry Rivera.)

-Traci’s steal of the knockouts 4 way was kinda cool.

-The Pope and Creed was good. (Never thought I would say that…)

-Holy shit that Sting/AJ thing was terrible.

-2 Epic fails. Taz having to distance himself from the mafia for his commentary role. And the booking (or non-booking) of Lashley.

-Uhhh… Its “Brother Ray” Taz. (Saw that fuck up coming a mile away.)

-The Angle/Morgan/3D table match was quite the cluster. Pretty brutal.

BBB’s Notebook – Dragon Gate USA Enter the Dragon

Been waiting a long time for this shit, Let’s go to the video tape!!

-Dawn Marie? Bad idea…

-Entranceway and production value looks good. Its the same company that did the ROH ppv’s with Gabe.

-The crowd is fired up!

-Yamato and BB Hulk was fuckin’ hot!! Not what I figured the opener would be like, but so good.

-The main-event locker room look is a good idea but it wasn’t executed well.

-Chikara 8-man was crazy spotty fun. Wow.

-The Akuma turn makes sense because the DG guys will need a spokesman in the feud.

-Dragon Kid and Yoshino was so so so good. Probably should have been the main, but that goes against my feeling that the title match should always be the main.

-The Young Bucks still look like the Hardys circa 1996.

-Holy shit, CIMA/Yokosuka vs. The Young Bucks was amazing. Red hot finish…..

-Doi and Shingo built themselves a really great main event match. Tremendous show, can’t wait for the next one.

BBB’s Notebook – WWE Raw 08/17/09

raw-Ok, opening segment way too long. I wanted to hate the Santino stuff but he’s way too fuckin’ funny. I also liked Orton not getting punked by Prinze Jr.

-I like Carlitos heel look.

-Kofi and Carlito was really good.

-The Miz has gear… And it’s AWESOME!!!

-Miz and Bourne was decent.

-I don’t know how I feel about the whole DX thing. Are they relevant? Does it matter?

-LOVED the DX beatdown.

-Oh man, Gail and Mickie fucked up the DDT spot bad!!

-The MVP/Swagger DQ thing was Lames McPlanes….

-Freddy Prinze Jr. Is resiliant!! The heart of a champion!! Shades of David Arquette!!

-Let’s go Blues!!

-I’m so over this whole Chavo/Hornswoggle thing…

-McCauley Culkin with the paint can was pretty funny….

-Did someone shut off Cole and the King?

-Main event was blah but I liked the RKO on Cena.

BBB’s Notebook – ROH on HDNet 08/17/09

roh-Steen and Edwards was meh. Bad camera work on the finish.

-I’m glad the DCFC broke up that tag match.

-Nice to see Sonjay.

-Necro and Sami Callahan was also meh. This main even better deliver.

-ROH needs to do a better job of covering the WEW logo when they tape at the arena.

-Kyle Durden, I know how you feel…

-Black and Nigel was good, Blacks win was very sudden.

BBB’s Notebook – WWE Vintage Collection 08/15/09

-Match #1 is Owen vs Savio Vega from 1996.

-They edited out Owen hitting Savio with the cast??

-Owen wins with the sharpshooter after the cast shot. Match was clipped to hell.

-Up next is Razor (with Walter Payton) vs. Diesel from SummerSlam 1994.

-Hall wins after an errant superkick from Michaels. A bit of a cluster but it hid the fact that Nash can’t work.

-Next match is Bret Hart and Isaac Yankem from 1995.

-Yankem reminds me of someone but I Kane‘t put my finger on it…

-It would appear Hart won by DQ but he is now being hanged….

-The main event is Shawn Michaels vs. Vader fron 1996.

-Ok, Vader wins by countout, Cornette says they want the belt and for Shawn to fight and then the ref decides that the match will continue?

-And the Vader wins by DQ?

-And Cornette goads Michaels to fight again because they want the belt and Gorilla starts the match again. This makes no sense.

-Shawn wins with a moonsault off the top. Weird match.
