BBB’s Notebook – ROH on HDNet 05/23/09
-I love how all the guys wear their own t-shirts during the opening promo.
-King, Omega and Jay Briscoe was a lot of fun. Probably my favorite match on HDNet so far.
-DCFC and the Irish Airborne was brutal.

-Do they have to say “Nation of violence” everytime they mention Samoa Joe?
-3 team tag match was good.
-I hate contract signings but Angelina Loves promo was hilarious.
-Jesus Kurt, what are you wearing?
-Don West is awesome.
-I can’t decide if this Rocky thing is horrible or brilliant….
-Nice finish to the show. Sets up the ppv nicely.
BBB’s Notebook – Ben Folds Presents Universite A Capella
Holy shit this is an amamzing record. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, other then I knew that the songs were amazing to begin with but what these students did was transform them into something unique and special.
The arrangments can be complex at times and you can easily get lost in the song in a totally good way. I didn’t know that University A Capella groups were all over the country (apparently more then 1000.) but what they do is very cool, and leave it to Ben Folds to try something like this. Go. Buy. Now.
BBB’s Notebook – ECW on Global 05/23/09
-I’m starting to like this broad. What’s her name, Tiffany?
-Christian and Burchill was decent.
-You could hear a pin drop during Zack Ryders match.
-Go get ‘em Harry!!
-Whats the deal with Helms…. Is he hurt?
-Whoa, they gave Harry a very recognizable part of Brets music.
-What the fuck!! Is the show running long now? My PVR cut the end of the main event. DHS and Finley was very good.

BBB’s Notebook – WWE RAW 05/18/09
-Good god Lawler, what are you wearing?
-Womens battle royal was a waste. Didn’t expect Kelly to win.
-Hornswoggle and Goldust huh… Yay.
-Ok, this Miz thing has gone on way too long. I’ve been on board with the Miz lately but this is horrible.
-Ok, the Santina thing is played out. Whole segment was brutal.
-Decent main event. Not much to say.
BBB’s Notebook – WWE Superstars 05/17/09
I haven’t had a chance to see this show yet but apparently WGN is showing it here, I had heard they were not. And its in HD too, let’s have a look….
-The HD looks great but my screen tiles up a lot which is annoying.
-Is Morrison a face now? I guess after Miz turning on him it makes sense.
-Misterio and Shelton was very good.
-Mark Henry and Christian was blah, and the finish was lame.
-Dustin looks like he’s lost some weight. Not sure why he came out but whatever….
